• Led the visual design from conceptualization to implementation of core features such as Plans, Statements, Contributions etc. for the wealth management app - GRS Access, used by over a million Canadian members per year.

• Collaborated designing the experience of transactional functionalities such as bill payments for which were increased by 23% and for pre-authorized contributions to 90% in 3 months after releasing.

• Initiated share out sessions across the company’s design community to give and receive feedback, to get to know the work from colleagues and to help on the consistency of branding and overall user experience.

• Won the 2020 WebAward for outstanding achievement.

Senior UX Designer

• Determined the user experience and user interface needs of new and existing financial sales products for Caribbean and Central America.

• Led the design and execution of user experience for 6 digital banking products.

• Implemented a streamlined design process by briefing the project with the team, researching the mobile ecosystem, brainstorming, sketching out mockups, building the design, presenting, refining the work and producing the visual assets.
